Leo Larson

LEO C. LARSON died January 20, 2009 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS at the age of 85. LEO C. LARSON was born on March 6, 1923 in Clay County Kansas, the son of Charles Larson and Ida Wickstum. He graduated from CCCHS in 1941 and served the the U.S. Army during WWII. He married Ruby Sanneman on May 5, 1946 and she survives of the home. He worked fro LD Brinkman as a sales rep. until he retired in 1996. He was preceded by 1 brother and 2 sisters. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, American Legion and JayCees, all of Clay Center. Survivors include: Wife: Ruby Larson, Clay Center, KS Son: Scott and wife Lynn Larson, Hartland, WI Grandchildren: 1 Granddaughter, Andrea. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the United Methodist Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Reverend Larry Myers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22 from 3-8pm at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to Meadowlark Hospice or the United Methodist Church c/o the funeral home.
