LETHA LAVON JOHNSON died June 24, 2009 at Linn Community Nursing Home,
Linn, KS at the age of 94. She was born on January 31, 1915 in Wabaunsee County, KS the
daughter of Edward J Schutter and Mary Ethel Wilshire. Letha graduated from Paxico High
School and attended Dodds Business School in Topeka. She taught school in Snokomo and
Paxico. Letha then worked for the
Department of Agriculture in Kansas City and Des Moines. She married Lowell A. Johnson on October 31, 1942. Lowell preceded her in death on
December 12, 1969. She also worked at the Linn State Bank retiring in January 1988. She was a
member of the Linn United Methodist Church, Wabaunsee County Historican Society, American
Legion Auxillary and Daughters of the American Revolution. She is also preceded by two
sisters, Avis Schutter and Wilma Undorf.

Private, family graveside services will be held at a later date in the Linn Cemetery, Linn, Kansas.
