Linda Blackwood

Linda M. Blackwood, 59 died June 28, 2019 in Leonardville, KS. She was born on December 27, 1959 in Long Island, N.Y., the daughter of Vincent and Evelyn (Gates) Billera. Linda was born and raised in New York. She later moved to Washington state where she met Dr. Greg Blackwood, they married January 14, 1994. They moved to Clay Center in 2006, and he preceded her in 2007. Linda worked for Gingers Uptown and was a Level 2 Life Enrichment Trainer for Big Lakes. She married Glenn Atwell on May 19, 2019; he survives of the home. She attended SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church and enjoyed collecting Native American Art. She also created art and jewelry in the native American style. She is preceded in death by her father Vincent Billera.
