LLOYD ALDON PATTERSON,80, Clay Center, Kansas died Thursday, March 8, 2007 at his residence in rural Clay Center, KS
He was born June 9, 1926 in the Sherman Township in Clay County,Kansas to George Walter and Minnie Marie (Seitz) Patterson. He attended schools in Clay Center before moving with his parents to Aurora, CO. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He attended the University of Denver, Baylor University and the University of Colorado Springs. He later joined the US Air Force, serving in the Korean War. He married Wilma Jean Turnage, they later divorced. He retired from the Air Force in 1974 after 30 years of service with the rank of Major. He married Roberta "Bobbi" (Fowler) Rogers in 1986 in Colorado Springs. They moved to Clay Center in 1987. He was a member of the Clay Center Masonic Lodge #134 where he served as secretary for 10 years and was Past President of the Clay County Shrine Club.

Memorial Services: Monday,March 19, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Clay Center, Kansas .
Minister: Rev. Matthew Cobb & Rev Susan Sawyer
Inurnment: Sherman Cemetery, Clay County, KS.
Visitation:2-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home
