Lois Rundle

LOIS LEONA RUNDLE died July 30, 2012 at Presbyterian Manor, Clay Center, KS at the age of 82. She was born on August 16, 1929 in Clay County, KS the daughter of Henry and Selma (Nasman) Linquist. Lois was raised in Garfield Township in Clay County. She attended Lincoln, Johnson and Sherman country schools before graduating from CCCHS in 1947. Lois worked as a bookkeeper at Union State Bank before marrying Charles Edward Rundle on October 1, 1950. She then worked for three years at the Clay Center ASCS office. Lois and Charles made their home on a farm in the Hayes township. She was a member of the Hayes United Methodist Church before transferring to the Clay Center United Methodist Church. Lois is preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Survivors include: Sister: Rachel Ross, Clifton, KS Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Larry Myers. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 9:30 Thursday until service time at the church Memorials can be made to the church or Clay Center Presbyterian Manor c/o the funeral home
