LORENA ALICE FOLSOM died December 17, 2007 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS at the age of 86. She was born on June 24, 1921 in Clay County, KS the daughter of William Courville and Eva Marie Girard. She graduated from Clay County Community High School. She worked at Swift and Company for many years and as a bookkeeper for several other businesses in Clay Center. She was a member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by 1 brother and 1 sister. Survivors include: Daughter: Diana and husband Warren Walquist, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Connie and husband Gary, Sr Tittle, Wakefield, KS Sister: Marcella Jacobs, Lexington, KY Grandchildren: 5 Grand & 7 Great-grand Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be The Rev. Larry Grennan. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 3-7 PM at the funeral with a vigil service and rosary at 7 PM. Memorials can be made to Clay County Health Department c/o the funeral home
