MABEL LUDELLA OHLDE died December 10, 2007 at Linn Community Nursing Home, Linn, KS at the age of 89. MABEL LUDELLA OHLDE was born on July 11, 1918 in Linn Kansas, the daughter of Henry Wiemers and Emma Schneidewind. She was raised in the Greenleaf Area. She married Elmer May 26, 1944 and he survives. They farmed in the Palmer Community and retired in 1985. She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church. She is preceded by 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Survivors include: Husband: Elmer Ohlde, Linn, KS Son: Doug and wife Paula Ohlde, Overland Park, KS Grandchildren: 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church in Washington County, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Gene Holtorff. Burial will be at the St. John Cemetery, Washington County, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 14 from 6-8pm at the St. John Lutheran Church south of Palmer, KS. Memorials can be made to St. John Lutheran Church c\o funeral home.
