Marian L. Ahlberg

Marian L. Ahlberg was born November 22, 1926 in Topeka, the daughter of Clarence and Lucille (McKenzie) Englund. Marian was raised in the Wayne community. She graduated from CCCHS in 1944 and was a member of the National Honor Society. She married Warren Ahlberg on April 25, 1948 and he preceded her in death on June 21, 2001. Marian was a longtime accountant in Clay Center and worked for Jones and Ryan, Hutchinson Manufacturing, and the Carlson Agency. She was a member of the Clay Center United Methodist Church, Clay Center Country Club and AS-U-R. She is also preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Mary Elizabeth in 1960.
