Marjorie Arvin

MARJORIE L. ARVIN died October 3, 2008 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, KS at the age of 83. She was born on February 15, 1925 in Clay County, Kansas the daughter of Delmar Lewis and Mary Yarrow. She was raised in Clay County and graduated from Nursing School in Topeka, KS. She married Joseph Arvin, he preceded her in death in 1975. She worked at Spelman Memorial Hospital and later at North Kansas City Hospital. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star and volunteered at the Martha Lafite Thompson Nature Sanctuary. Survivors include: Mother: Mary Yarrow Lewis, Clay Center, KS Sister: Dorothy Glenn, Denver, CO 2 nieces and a nephew Memorial Services: 1:30 PM Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Medicalodge.
