MARVIN L. LILLIMAN died January 30, 2010 at his residence in Salina, KS at the
age of 88. He was born on August 6, 1921 in Cloud County, Kansas the son of Benjamin and
Nettie (Rich) Lilliman. Marvin was raised in the Browndale community. He moved to Delphos
with his family in the early 1930's before returning to the Browndale area. He graduated from
Miltonvale High School in 1939. Marvin served in the US Army during WWII. He married
Betty Chayer on April 20, 1946. They farmed near Miltonvale . He also worked as a Crop
Insurance Adjuster for the Department of Agriculture. Betty preceded him in deathon June 17,
1987. Marvin was a member of the American Legion, VFW and Farm Bureau. He is also
preceded by 2 sisters.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral
Home in Miltonvale, Kansas.
Officiating the service will be Rev Mark Surbrook.
Burial will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on tuesday, 5-7 PM at the funeral home
