MARY ALMEDA LIPPERT, 93 died August 24, 2014 at North Care Hospice House in Kansas City, MO.. She was born on October 16, 1920 in Wakefield, KS. The daughter of Edward and “Hattie”(Van Der Stelt) . Mary was raised in the Wakefield, KS area and graduated from Wakefield High School. After receiving normal training she taught at Hillside School in Riley County, KS. She married Vaughn Lippert on July 4, 1938 and he preceded her on January 31, 2002. She was a volunteer for Lighthouse for Christ and the Leisure Center both of Clay Center She is preceded in death by parents,1 brother and 2 sisters. Survivors: Daughter: Donna Eisenbarth, Gladstone, MO Daughter: Rosemary Taylor, Clearfield, KY Grandchildren: 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 10:30am at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home in Clay Center, KS Officiating the service will be Pastor Gary Oetinger Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 from 9:00 am until service time at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home Memorials: Wakefield Museum or Clay Center Leisure Center c/o the funeral home
