Melissa Mcguire

  Melissa McGuire, 48, of Junction City died Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the Wakefield Rehabilitation and Care Center in Wakefield, Kansas.  She was born November 28, 1970 in Blanton, Florida, the daughter of Levi and Carrie Simmons.  Melissa and her family moved to Topeka in 2013.  She worked as a D.J. for an internet based radio station.  Melissa married Scott McGuire on July 11, 2015 and they moved to Junction City in 2016.   She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Simmons.
