Merelyn E. Ruthstrom

Merelyn was born on June 10, 1932 in Randolph, Kansas, the son of Walter and Evelyn (Parsons) Ruthstrom.  Merelyn married Ava Schooley on October 16, 1955. He worked for Siebold Motor Company until 1973 and then he worked for C&N Auto repair until his retirement in 1994. Merelyn then worked part time for Short Stop. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Spouse: Ava Ruthstrom, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Brenda Ruthstrom, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Becky Ruthstrom, Clay Center, KS Memorial Services: Will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall in Clay Center. Visitation: will be held from 3-8 PM Friday, December 9, 2016 at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral HomeMemorials: may be made to the Clay Center Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
