Michele (Smith) Hockett, 53 years died September 22, 2016 in Clay Center, KS. She was born on April 15, 1963 in Fort Benning, Georgia, the daughter of John Smith and Carolyn Cotter. Michele was raised in Brookfield, MO and Clay Center. She graduated from CCCHS in 1981. She earned a Business Degree from Butler County Community College and a Dental Assistant Degree while in Kansas City. Michele returned to Clay Center in 1994. She was preceded in death by her parents.
