He was born on February 2, 1920 in Clyde, Kansas to Lloyd and Olive Caddy (Byrne)Regnier
Milton graduated from Clyde High School in 1939. He married Norma Carlson on August 2, 1941. He served in the Army Air Corps with the 569th Gunnery Squadron. He operated the airport at Syracuse, Ks until 1947. The couple operated Grain Belt Supply and Johnson-Sampson Co. in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona building grain storage facilities and Atlas Missile bases in the 1960's. The couple retired in 1964 and started Regnier and Sons Construction Company. The couple retired again in 1976 and devoted many years to foreign missions in Central and South America. They co-founded Reach Out for Christ in the late 1970's and led more than 70 mission trips. Milton was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clay Center. He was preceded by his wife, Norma in 1997 and brother, Duward Regnier.

Funeral Services: Monday,April 2, 2007 at 1:30pm at the First Baptist Church in Clay Center.
Minister: Pastor Brian High, Pastor Charles Kirtley, and Mr. Delmar Yarrow.
Burial: Greenwood Cemetery
Visitation:2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2007 at the funeral home.
Memorials: Wycliffe Bible Translators in care of the funeral home.
