Nellie Faye Moore

NELLIE FAYE MOORE died October 15, 2009 at her residence in Wakefield, KS at the age of 88. She was born on April 6, 1921 in Elk City, Kansas the daughter of Ernest and Nellie (Robinson) Smith . She was raised in the Elk City, KS area. On September 2, 1942 she married Harold Yager and he preceded her on December 10, 1977. She then married Tom E. Moore on December 29, 1979 and he preceded her on January 31, 2001. She was also preceded by a son John Yager in 1974, 7 brothers, 2 sisters and a grandson. Survivors include: Daughter: Kathryn and husband Dennis Riffel, Wakefield, KS Daughter: Patricia and husband Corby Wolf, Milford, KS Son: Gary and wife Lorri Yager, Garden Plaine, KS Son: Jimmy Yager, Clay Center, KS Grandchildren: 14 Grand and 21 great-grandchildren Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery in Wakefield, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Jim Cringan. Visitation will be held on none Memorials can be made to Meadowlark Hospice c/o the funeral home
