Paul Lundquist

PAUL S. LUNDQUIST died September 25, 2011 at Community Care Inc., Clifton, KS at the age of 97. He was born on August 16, 1914 in Washington County KS, the Son of Ernest and Signe (Johnson) Lundquist. Paul was raised in Washington County. He married Florence Johnson on August 6, 1938. They farmed in the Brantford Community before retiring and moving to Clifton in 1979. Florence preceded him in death on June 6, 1998. Paul was a member of the Brantford Evangelical Covenant Church. He is also preceded by parents, a brother , Emanuel who was KIA in WWII and a sister, Helen Olson. Survivors include: Daughter: Carol and husband Larry Morgan, Clay Center, KS Daughter: Bonnie and husband Maurice Berggren, Manhattan, KS Daughter: Janell and husband, Jim Germann, Clyde, KS Grandchildren: 8 Grand and 16 Great-grand and a Great Great Granddaughter Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 10:30AM at the Brantford Evangelical Covenant Church in Clyde, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor Russell Sizemore and Pastor Dick Olson. Burial will be at the Brantford Evangelical Covenant Cemetery, Clyde, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 6-8 PM Thursday At Turner Funeral Home. Memorials can be made to may be made to the church, Community Care, Inc., or Teens for Christ and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
