Pauline Rose Losey Cravens, 88 died December 25, 2021, in Clay Center, KS.  She was born on August 1, 1933, near Idana, the daughter of Herman and Marjorie (Green) Woellhof.  Pauline was raised in the Clay County.  She married Charles Losey, they later divorced.  She worked as a clerk for KPL before earning a degree in education.  Pauline taught special education in Clay Center for several years.  She married John Cravens in 1996.  They made the home in Wichita and Pauline taught elementary education in Maize, KS.  John preceded her in death on April 5, 2020.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Wichita woodcarver's association.  Pauline studied sculpting under Babs Mellor of Wichita and Victor Issa of Loveland, CO. She was also preceded in death preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Barbara Moody and a brother, Harley and a great granddaughter, Leighton Moore.

Daughter: Yvonne and husband Bob Bartley of Clay Center, KS

Stepdaughters: Cindy (Larry) Lemon, Debbie Osteen (Tom Bender), Katherine (Robert) Elrod

11 Grandchildren: Alejandro (Rebecca) Flores, Paulo (Allison) Flores, Benjamin (Amy) Flores, Nathan Losey, James Losey, David (Yajayra) Keller, Aaron (Dixie) Keller, Maura Keller and Bryce Ragatz, Dana (Chad) Plunkett, Suzanne Smith and Jimmy White, Lindsay (Jason) Moore.

4 Step-grandchildren Laura Stephens, Shawn (Ashley) Lemon, Matt Osteen, Angela Osteen.

8 Great-grandchildren: Alicia Sophia (Sophie) Flores, Althea Flores, Carlo Flores, Isabel Flores, Jackson Flores, Flaviana Keller, Carmen Keller, and Lilly Keller

4 step great-grandchildren: Abigail Stephens, Morgan Stephens, Garret Lemon, and Caleb Lemon

Visitation will be held from 3-7 PM on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, Clay Center, KS

Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 PM Friday, December 31, 2021, at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home

Memorials may be made to A Mural Project in care of the Clay Center Improvement Foundation.
