Pauline Rose Losey Cravens, 88 died December 25, 2021, in Clay Center, KS. She was born on August 1, 1933, near Idana, the daughter of Herman and Marjorie (Green) Woellhof. Pauline was raised in the Clay County. She married Charles Losey, they later divorced. She worked as a clerk for KPL before earning a degree in education. Pauline taught special education in Clay Center for several years. She married John Cravens in 1996. They made the home in Wichita and Pauline taught elementary education in Maize, KS. John preceded her in death on April 5, 2020. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Wichita woodcarver's association. Pauline studied sculpting under Babs Mellor of Wichita and Victor Issa of Loveland, CO. She was also preceded in death preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Barbara Moody and a brother, Harley and a great granddaughter, Leighton Moore.
