PHYLLIS L. KALIVODA, 87 died June 9, 2015 at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan, KS. She was born on May 26, 1928 in Washington County, KS, the daughter of Floyd and Emilie (True) Morgison. Phyllis was raised in Vining and graduated from Clifton High School. She married Harvey Kalivoda on March 26, 1947 and he survives of the home. She and Harvey ran the grocery store in Clifton. They moved to Clay Center in 1952 and she worked for Sears in Clay Center for a number of years. Phyllis was a member of Order of Eastern Star #180 in Clay Center, a Cub Scout leader, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She is preceded in death by Parents, one brother and one sister.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10:30AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, KS
Officiating the service will be Rev. Scott Lingle
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 3-8PM at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home
Memorials: may be made to the Order of the Eastern Star or to the church and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
