Ray Reed

Stephen Ray Reed, 87 died December 25, 2017 in Clay Center, KS. He was born on February 5, 1930 in Clay County, KS, the son of Josiah and Lavina (McNeal) Reed. Ray attended Mt. Vernon Country School and graduated in 1948 from CCCHS. He married Rose Anne Thomas on October 18, 1953. Ray farmed in Clay County his entire life. He was a member of the Mizpah United Methodist Church and served in the Army National Guard. Ray was preceded in death by his parents.
