RAYMOND K. ADAMS died May 26, 2011 at Golden Livingcenter, Wakefield, KS at the age of 97. RAYMOND K. ADAMS was born on September 26, 1913 in Clay County Kansas, the son of Robert H. Adams and Bertha Kynaston. Raymond farmed and was raised in the Union Township and farmed there all his life. He attended the Uniondale schools. He married Hazel Davis on June 14, 1944 and she preceded him on April 29, 2010. He was a member of the St. Pauls Episcopal Church. He served as Senior Warden, Treasurer and a member of the Vestry. He is also preceded by 3 brothers. Survivors include: Son: Raymond and wife Lyleen Adams, Wakefield, KS Grandchildren: 2 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Clay Center, Kansas . Officiating the service will be The Rev. Susan Sawyer. Burial will be at the St. John's Cemetery, Clay County, Kansas. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 30 from 2-5pm at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to St. Pauls Episcopal Church c/o funeral home.
