Rex C. Stout 88 died September 4, 2019 in Manhattan, KS. He was born on November 10, 1930 in Wells, KS, the son Powell and Grace (Cooper) Stout. Rex was a lifelong resident of Ottawa County. He married Mary Pellant on November 12, 1950. They farmed in Ottawa County, west of Oak Hill, KS. Rex enjoyed travelling and fishing, but hunting was his passion. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Powell Stout.

Funeral Services: Monday, September 9, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the F.C. Hill Memorial Wesleyan Church in Miltonvale, KS

Graveside service: 1:30 PM Monday, September 9 at Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis, KS

Visitation: Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 2-5 PM at Phelps Funeral Home
