Robert Gerardy

ROBERT DODSON GERARDY died April 21, 2010 at University of Kansas Medical center, Kansas City, KS at the age of 67. He was born on October 27, 1942 in Clay Center, KS the son of Howard Gerardy and Dorothy Dodson. Robert graduated from CCCHS in 1960. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1964 with a degree in Milling Science. Robert married Georgia Harmony in 1966, she survives of the home. He is a US Army veteran and retired from the trucking industry in 2005. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Independence, MO. Robert is preceded in death by his father Howard. Survivors include: Wife: Georgia Gerardy, Kansas City, MO Son: Scott Gerardy, Albuquerque, NM Son: Steven and wife Jody Gerardy, Woodbury, MN Mother: Dorothy Gerardy, Clay Center, KS Brother: Harlan Gerardy, Gruver, TX Brother: Marc and wife DeAnna Gerardy, Green, KS Grandchildren: Chelsea Read, Emily Read, Chloe Gerardy & Evan Gerardy Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Pastor David Carlson and Rev. James Byers . Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS. Visitation will be held on 5-8PM Monday at the funeral home Memorials can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Independence, MO or American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home
