Roger Mall

Roger Jay Mall, age 94, died February 27, 2023, at the Clay County Medical Center in Clay Center, KS. He was born to Eldon and Gaye (Snyder) Mall in Broughton, KS on January 29, 1929. Roger grew up on a farm outside of Broughton, KS. He was a graduate of Clay Center High School. Roger joined the Air Force shortly after high school and served in Korea. He attended the Art Institute after his time in the military.  Roger married Judith L. Fellers; she preceded him in death. He retired from the Department of Defense as a map and chart maker. Roger enjoyed riding his bicycle and doing Genealogy. He was extremely talented at weaving and would weave Indian rugs. He donated several to Kansas State University. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by parents; two brothers and 2 sisters.

Daughter: Rebecca (Jerry) Pitchford of Greenwood, MO

Sister: Jaclyn Cochran of Liberty, MO

Grandchildren: Heather (Todd) Abrams and Malorie Pitchford

Great Grandchildren: Turner and Violet Abrams, Skylar Auman

Funeral Services: Private family services will take place.
