Rose Thompson

ROSE THOMPSON died June 12, 2012 at Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS at the age of 78. She was born on January 17, 1934 in California, the daughter of Charles and Ruth Ann (Bender) Thompson. Rose lived in California and Arizona before moving to Clay Center in 1982. She was a member of the Clay Center First Baptist Church. Rose was preceded in death by two sisters, Laura Walker and Barbara Cornell and a brother, Alva Thompson. Survivors include: Niece: Faye Cook, CA Niece: Carol Clark, NC Nephew: Lee and wife Connie Berry, Enterprise , KS Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Clay Center, Kansas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Matthew Coleman. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be held on 9:30 - 10:30 AM at the funeral home Memorials can be made to Rose Thompson Memorial Fund to be designated later c/o the funeral home.
