Rosella Carlson

ROSELLA M. CARLSON, 90 died July 4, 2010 at the Presbyterian Manor, Clay Center, KS. She was born January 24, 1920 in Clay Center, Kansas the daughter of Emil and Anna (Young) Berggren. Rosella married Glenn Carlson on July 21, 1942 and he preceded her on September 19, 1996. She was a nurses aid at the Clay County Hospital and a school bus driver. She was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Clay Center and sang with the Silvertones. She is also preceded by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors: Son: Robert G. and wife Betty Carlson, Clay Center, KS Son: Kenneth Carlson, Clay Center, KS Sister: Wilma Schweitzer, Scottsdale, AZ Grandchildren: 2 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 7 from 3-8pm with family greeting friends from 6-8pm. Memorials may be made to the Evangelical Covenant Church c/o the funeral home.
