Roxanne Billings

ROXANNE LOUISE BILLINGS, 58 died January 12, 2014 at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, KS. She was born on July 24, 1955 in South Bend, IN. The daughter of Earl and Betty (Schinall) Prucker. Roxanne was raised in Indiana and Michigan. She worked as a bartender at the American Legion and Eagles. She then worked at MPI, Inc. in Morganville. Later, Roxanne worked as a cook at Mac's Restaurant and most recently at Tasty Pastry Bakery. She married Paul Billings on February 22, 2003, he survives of the home. Roxanne was a member of the American Legion auxiliary and the Eagles Lodge.
