Sammy Cowing

SAMMY DOUGLAS COWING, 58 died March 19, 2014 at his residence in Clay Center, KS. He was born on April 27, 1955 in Clay Center, KS. The son of John and Cenith (Wood) Cowing.  Sammy was raised in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1973. He attended Manhattan Vo-Tech before working in construction. Sammy returned to Clay Center and worked in the family's antique business for over 25 years. He was a former member of the Clay Center Eagle's Lodge.
