Shannon Braly

SHANNON EILEEN BRALY died May 14, 2013 at Village Manor, Abilene, KS at the age of 56. She was born on January 21, 1957 in Augsburg Germany, the daughter of Robert and Patsy Jo (Smith) Estes. Shannon graduated from North Mesquite Texas High Scvhool in 1975 and attended Crums Beauty School in Manhattan. She made her home in Clay Center where she was active in Detour Youth Group, First Christian Church and the Apollo Towers Kitchen Band until she moved to Abilene. Survivors include: Daughter: Alicia Braly, Clay Center, KS Son: David Braly, Gardner, KS Brother: Michael Estes, Hope, KS Sister: Sandy Cyre, Lindsborg, KS Sister: Betty Jo Armstrong, Clay Center, KS Sister: Kathy Salts, Broken Bow, NE Sister: Jeri Barber, Indianola, NE Granddaughter: Bralyn Bull Companion: George Carignan, Abilene, KS Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Christian Church in Clay Center, Kansas. Family will greet friends from 11:00am until service time at the church. Officiating the service will be Pastor Jon Grogg. Inurnment will be at the Greenridge Cemetery, Dickinson County, Kansas.
