Sigrid L. Fullington died March 1, 2008 at Presbyterian Manor, Clay Center, KS at the age of 93. Sigrid was born on April 24, 1914 in Eveleth, Minnesota the daughter of Gust and Lempi (Herpe) Salmi.
Sigrid was raised in Eleveth, Minnesota where she attended grade school and graduated from High School in 1932. Sigrid graduated from nursing school in 1936. She was a registered nurse in Minnesota, California, and Kansas. Sigrid married George Fullington in California in 1939 and he preceded her death in 1971. Along with her husband, she owned and operated Fullington's Lumber Company in Clay Center. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was the pianist for the primary department for Sunday School. She was also a member of the Mariner's Club, Investment Club, and P.E.O. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, one grandchild, and a daughter in-law, Barbara Fullington.

Seven Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, Kansas .
Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers.
Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on will be from 3-8 Tuesday at the funeral home.
