Verdell Koerwitz

Verdell C Koerwitz, 89 died May 12, 2024, in Columbus, GA. He was born on July 4, 1934, in Deshler, Nebraska, the son of Friedrich and Irene (Hansen) Koerwitz. Verdell married Janice Laflin of Clay Center. He served over 26 years in the US Army, seeing action in both the Korean and Vietnam wars. Verdell and Janice have made their home in Shiloh, GA for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents.
