Wayne Carlson

Wayne A. Carlson was born to Emil and Mildred (Berrier) Carlson on August 23, 1925. Wayne was raised in Clay County. He served in the US Navy during WWII. Wayne married Dorothy Hinds on May 25, 1946. He farmed in Clay County and was actively involved with Wayne’s Truck Line, Carlson Trucking and Clay County Livestock Co. In retirement, Wayne enjoyed helping Bruce Bauer with his farming operation. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Marshall and Waldo Carlson and a sister, Lillian Hossfield
