Wayne Wright

Wayne Wright 65 died December 19, 2019 in Clay Center, KS. He was born on February 13, 1954 in Clay Center, the son of Ellsworth E.J. and Eloise (Byarley) Wright. Wayne was raised in Clay Center and was a graduate of the CCCHS class of 1972. He did cement work with his father, E.J. after graduation. Wayne married Mary Jones on June 5, 1976. Wayne worked as a rural mail carrier, part time from 1984 to 2002 and full-time carrier 2002 to the present. He loved spending time at the Rocky Mountain National Park, Ford Mustangs and Nebraska football. Wayne was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Elizabeth Wright; brother, Nolan Wright and daughter in law Janel Wright.
