WILLIAM "BILL" MILLIGAN died May 8, 2007 at his residence in rural Clay Center at the age of 63. Mr. Milligan was born on January 11, 1944 in Clay Center Kansas, the son of Glenn R. Milligan and Geraldine Davis.
William lived in Clay County all his life, graduating from CCCHS in 1963. Following high school, he served in the US Navy for four years. In 1977 he married Constance Norgaard Grimsby and they were divorced in 1999. He was a farmer for over thirty years in Exeter and Blaine townships. He was employed by USD 379 as a custodian for the past eight years. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Glenda Mellies, a niece, and a nephew.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 10:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church in Clay Center, Kansas .
Officiating the service will be Rev. James Byers.
Inurnment will be at a later date in the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation will be held on 3-8 pm Friday, May 11, 2007 at the funeral home
Memorials can be made to William Milligan Memorial Fund to be designated later in care of the funeral home.
