William "Bill" Peter, 93, Clay Center, Kansas.
died March 27, 2007 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, KS. He was born March 15, 1914 in Randolph, Kansas to Edwin and Helen (Inskeep) Peter. William married Juanita Hill on June 20, 1942 in Lawton, Oklahoma. The family moved to Clay Center in 1952. He worked as parts manager for Skinner Chevrolet, retiring in 1976. He served in the US Army during WWII. William was a member of the United Methodist Church, the church Men's Club, Lions Club, American Legion, Farmer's Lodge, AF & AM Lodge #166 Randolph and York Rite, and he was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry.

Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas.
Visitation:Thursday, March 29, 2007 from 3-8p.m. at the funeral home.
